Constant Distraction

We live in a world of constant distraction, fragmented focus, distance and detachment. Learning to be still and calm within your own skin, with no outside stimulation is one of the greatest things you will ever learn. Re tune your mind to filter out the overwhelming manufactured, engineered noise that surrounds us and to tune into your inner voice. Tune into the sounds of nature, the gentle hum of the universe, songs that have been playing for millenniums, ever present, but ignored. Life is a beautiful blissful melody. Turn off the radio, switch off the tv, close your computer and go for a walk in nature and learn to just breathe and be.
